My homeschool group is heading to Amicalo...Love it! My homeschool group is heading to Amicalola next week. I love that place!! We did an awesome "birds of prey" show there last year - got up close with owls, hawks and buzzards. Then we went exploring the stream and caught all sorts of critters. And finally, the hike. $8 well spent! Looking forward to it all over again. I'm glad y'all had so much fun. We visited Amicalola Falls and an...Looks like fun! We visited Amicalola Falls and an apple orchard when we stayed in the mountains a few years ago. We also visited a huge pumpkin patch. There's so much to do and see up that way. And -- yes, the STAIRS! Try doing it with a two-year-old. LOL!
