Meatloaf "Muffins" (cooked in individual servings in a muffin tin), creamed potatoes, English peas.

BBQ Pork Loin, Sweet Potatoes, and Corn
Hashbrowns, Sausage, Eggs and Biscuits with some fresh fruit on the side.
Mmm.. I love meatloaf muffins. But anytime I make them they turn out greasy. How do you stop that from happening?
ReplyDeleteI use ground turkey which is lean. But you can pop them out and drain them on paper towels before serving them.
